The following expenses are payable on the completion of day of the Contract of Purchase and Sale. They will appear on the seller's Statement of Adjustments.
Lawyer and/or Notary Fees
This includes legal fees and disbursements for:
- Reviewing all documents
- Clearing title and discharging any encumbrances such as your mortgages
Real Estate Fees
- This includes your REATLOR'S® fee plus 5% GST on the gross commission fee
Pay Out Penalties
- Please check with your mortgagee.
Property Tax Adjustments
- Taxes paid are based on the Adjustment Date. You may have to credit the buyer with your portion of the property tax.
